Incompetent, greedy and lazy lawyers
in need of a fast
buck because of the bad economy are signing up as many

business. The average lawyer today is financially wiped out!
These petty little cockroaches can't afford to sue anybody
and they can't afford to give you high quality legal
representation. They're only looking to milk every client
for every quick buck they can get without doing any real
work. In many "whiplash" cases involving neck and back
injuries these worthless lawyers make things worse for their
clients instead of better.
Their clients mistakenly believe they hired a professional
who will give them real legal representation.
Wrong! These legal parasites never intend to do much of
anything to represent you. They will let your case linger,
sometimes for years. All they will do is write a letter to your
insurance company asking for money. And then they wait.
And wait. And wait some more. All insurance companies
must eventually clear their case files and close out claims.
So the claims adjuster will offer the lawyer some paltry sum of
money to get rid of your case. The lawyer will urge you to
take the settlement. The lawyer desperately needs a share of
your money but is not willing to do any real work for it.
Your incompetent
half-wit lawyer will insist that you just
have minor "soft tissue"
injuries. You'll be told that it is nearly
impossible to prove that your crash caused such injuries.
If you have a herniated disc the lawyer may tell you that the
disc rupture could be degenerative and may not have
been caused by the accident.
If your car was not
damaged very much, you will be told
that the lack of crush damage to the bumper will prove that
you did not have a severe accident and therefore could
not have sustained severe injuries. You'll be falsely told to accept
some cheesy settlement because the absence of bumper
damage supposedly will ruin your case.
You'll find that
your lawyer will do everything to discourage
you from pursuing your case. You will be pressured to take
a quick lowball settlement. After years of doing nothing on
your case and not answering your telephone calls, the lawyer
figures that you will get disgusted and settle for anything. If you
do what the lawyer wants, the lazy lawyer gets 40% or so of
your money for doing virtually nothing. You think you hired a
lawyer but all you really got was an incompetent middle-man
who writes one letter, brokers your claim, and rips off a huge
portion of your settlement money.
Dumb lawyers who
don't know what they are doing will tell
you that if you have really bad neck pain, you have to show
a ruptured disc in an MRI to get any big money. Modern science
has revealed that ruptured discs are among the least painful
injuries that can occur to your neck.
There are many very serious neck injuries that cannot be
found using ordinary x-rays or MRI scans. These injuries are far
more painful than a ruptured disc. They will nag you all your life
and turn your life to hell on earth. And they are worth a lot more
than a ruptured disc. Whiplash victims who are well informed
